SPORTS TEXTILES FOR THE AIRBORNE-FIT-RUN

In cooperation with enthusiastic sponsors, everyone who likes this idea, volunteers and the many participating runners, the run should continue to be what we have come to know it as: A truly daring run in Oldenburg – for a good cause and with a family atmosphere.
As in previous years, the Airborne Fit Run team distributed a four-figure sum to three beneficiaries in 2017. This year, 1717 euros each went to the Oldenburg animal shelter, the Soldiers and Veterans Foundation (SVS) and the Spielmobil Spielefant Oldenburg/Kids Aktiv association.
7,500 euros in 2016 – a great success! On December 13, 2016, it took place at Barmer Ersatzkasse, Oldenburg: The handover of donations amounting to €7,500. Three institutions can benefit from the fact that this year almost 500 daring runners battled their way through the sand, almost 100 daring helpers worked tirelessly and daring sponsors and partners were convinced by the idea. The following were delighted with donations of €2,500 each:
- Nature conservation:Stork rescue station, Berne
- Humanitarian purpose: Outpatient children’s hospice Oldenburg:
- Soldierly purpose, because we were able to use the Bümmerstede training area as in previous years: The community of commando soldiers
