Even smaller quantities are no obstacle for us. We produce polo shirts, T-shirts and sweatshirts from 100 pieces. per color in your own corporate design! We can produce very quickly, within just 6-8 weeks of design approval, so that even short-term requests can be implemented very reliably. Silk ties in individual designs are available from 30 pieces per design and color and matching scarves from 50 pieces. The delivery time here is 5-6 weeks after the order has been placed and the design is clear. You can also create softshell jackets in your own design from as little as 250 jackets!
Custom textile production refers to the process of manufacturing textiles made from fibers such as cotton, wool, silk, synthetic fibers or a blend of these materials according to your individual ideas. This process involves several steps, including the selection and procurement of raw materials, pre-treatment of the fibers such as spinning and weaving, dyeing in your desired color or printing the fabric with your own design, finishing (cutting and sewing) according to your cuts and the final refinements such as ironing and embroidery or printing with your logo. Textile production takes place in various factories, from the spinning mill to the knitting mill and dye works to the sewing room and embroidery or printing shop.

Are there minimum order quantities (MOQ)? Yes, the minimum quantity depends on the product and the finishing. We start with 100 pieces per color/style for T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, 30 pieces per color/design for ties and 50 pieces per color/design for scarves.
Are mixed sizes and colors possible? Yes, sizes and colors can be combined within an order, taking into account the MOQ.
How is the price of textile production made up? The unit price depends on the product, material, finishing, quantity and delivery time.
Are there any one-off costs? Depending on the technology, one-off setup costs (e.g. screens or embroidery programs) may be incurred.
Do you offer graduated prices? Yes, larger quantities naturally reduce the unit price.
Customized textile production: How long does it take? Usually 6-8 weeks after approval of all details. But this is of course highly dependent on the product, the production location and the capacity utilization of our producers.
Are there express productions? Yes, express options are possible depending on capacity.
When does the production period begin? After approval of the design, sample and receipt of payment of the deposit (if agreed).
Where do you deliver to? Nationally and internationally.
How is the packaging done? We try to use as little packaging as possible. On request, items can also be packed in standard polybags (sustainable) or customized packaging can be produced.
Do you offer dropshipping or individual shipping? Yes, possible by arrangement.
What happens in the event of production errors? We examine each case individually and offer subsequent production or credit notes.
Is there a fixed contact person? Yes, you will have a personal contact person throughout the project.
How does the approval process work? You will receive labdips and a binding approval sample for checking before the start of production. The approval process begins with the fabric color and the coordination of accessories and ends with the final production sample.
